How do I Make a Booking?

We ask parents to contact the nursery to discuss availability and making a booking. The nursery welcomes all families and places are offered dependent upon availability. Once a booking is agreed we write to confirm the days booked and start date. We arrange a further visit near to the time of starting your booking so we can discuss your child’s care needs and draw up a care plan. We also talk about the settling in period at this visit as well as give you further information about nursery policies and practice. Along with your letter offering a place at the nursery we send out Registration forms to be completed. An invoice for the booking is enclosed and we will also ask for payment of the deposit to confirm the booking.

Please note: two and three day bookings need to include either a Monday or Friday. The minimum booking taken is for two full days.
